2009 - 2010 Monthly Rental Rates at Bay Watch Resort

Planning a long vacation to Myrtle Beach? Our two-, three- and four-room suites are available for monthly rental, and they include plenty of amenities to make a longer stay comfortable. Each oceanfront condo comes with complimentary high-speed Internet access. Suites include furnished oceanfront balconies, living room space for relaxing and entertaining, and full kitchens. Weekly housekeeping service and daily trash removal are included in the monthly rental cost.  For units that do not contain washers/dryers, daily towel exchange is also included.

Room rates are based on two adults per bedroom. Rates are subject to 12% sales & local taxes and a resort fee of 4%. All reservations require a $100.00 deposit within 10 days of reservation. Weekly housekeeping service and daily trash removal are included.  No other discounts are allowed on monthly rental rates.
